- The therapy device must only be used for the "intended purpose" described in the accompanying user manual. Any use beyond this is considered "not intended" and will void the warranty. The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for personal or material damage resulting from "improper use."
- UV therapy must not be used in cases of: Increased sensitivity to light or heightened risk of skin cancer, previous malignant skin tumors, severe actinic skin damage, the use of photosensitizing medications or substances, concurrent treatments with potential skin damage, or epilepsy.
- Use the therapy device only in proper condition and with original accessories.
- The device must not be modified or used without the comb attachment.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer to avoid the risk of electric shock.
- Use the device in dry areas and within the temperature range specified in the user manual. Avoid use in damp environments such as bathrooms or near showers or pools. Keep water away from the device.
- Avoid placing this device close to other equipment to prevent operational interference. If simultaneous use is necessary, ensure proper functioning of all devices involved.
- The device emits UV radiation that may cause eye or skin irritation. Always wear the supplied UV protection goggles during therapy and avoid looking directly into the UV emitter.
- UV radiation can cause sunburn. Adhere to therapy recommendations in the manual and avoid excessive sun exposure during treatment cycles.
- To prevent erythema (sunburn), protect healthy skin with a high SPF sunscreen applied in advance of therapy.
- Prolonged use over the years may increase the risk of skin cancer.
- This device is not intended for individuals with physical, sensory, or cognitive impairments unless supervised or instructed for safe use to prevent burns or fire hazards.
- Keep the device away from children unless under adult supervision. Do not leave the device unattended while in use.
- Always disconnect the power supply after use or during power outages to prevent damage.
- Store the device securely to prevent unauthorized use.
- Protect the device from impact to avoid damage to the UV emitter.
- Ensure RF communication devices (e.g., radios) are at least 30 cm away from the UV comb to avoid performance reduction.
